I have been asked by my brother-in-law to chronicle his family's assent of Mt. Kilimanjaro so that their friends, family, insurance agent, and potential beneficiaries can follow their journey in "real time".
Kevin plans to transmit timely updates via state-of-the-art communication equipment (boring technical details will, no doubt, follow). Brian, as I understand it, has willingly volunteered to carry all this crap as long as Allison agrees to wear the solar array on her head.
My hope is to broadcast Kevin's reports along the way faithfully. I would feel terrible if I somehow managed to relay any of his messages out of context.
